My goals

My goals for succseeding in YEAR UP will be being punctual and turning in all my home work on time. Also thinking positive never thinking negative when ever facing a problem or an issue at work. And doing the best I can to solve it as soon as possible. Also trying to get as much skills as I can to become qualified for any profesional job. When ever typing a leeter for any one of my employers I'll make sure my punstuation and grammar are alright. Try to also always be trust worthy and never be nervous about receivin feedback from my collegues or staff members. And also trying definately try to create a good relation ship between my self and my collegues or staff members. Always be friendly with them and more important try to make sure I am helpful for them as well cause I am sure they will need my help as much as I will need theirs. Definately it would be a whole new experience for me because it is totaly different from my previous job Janitorial. But also make sure that all my work is done correctly and professionaly. And definately make sure I am always smiling in peoples faces no matter how upset I am. And always forgeting my problems in my personal life and not thinking about it so I wouldn't look upset at work. Also make sure I check with my boss about work that can not be done and explain to him why it can not be done so that he or she would uderstand why. At the same time I will definately look forward to trying to make things work for my staff members and check what exactly is it that they need help in so I can provide that kind of help to them.
